Search hints

Sort - This is by far the easiest way to search.  You can sort any field (column) alphabetically, ascending or descending.  For example, let's say you want to know the science category of each site.  You would sort the 'category' field from A->Z or Z->A.

Hide - This allows you to hide a particular field (column) from view.

Filter - You can filter any field (column) to search for particular words in the field.  For example, let's say you want to find all schools with solar panels.  You would filter the 'Site' column for the word 'school'.

Group - This is an advanced feature  to show records (rows) grouped together based on one or more fields.  For example, let's say you want to find sites with activities.  You would group by 'Activities'.  A list will be shown at the bottom of the table showing the group.

Row Height - This allows you to change the row height.  The row height default is 'tall' to allow visibility of all information in the cells of the table.   If you change the row height to 'small' some information in the cells will not be visible.
